Posted my film in, had quick turnaround for developing and scanning. Clear process and updates, with great scans. Easy to pick up the negatives in-store, and they still had them even though being past the pick up deadline! Great service and atmosphere in-store and out.

Can't recommend this store highly enough! They have a great range of products and always have a good selection of colour 35mm film at a reasonable price! Staff were super helpful and informative. They have a lab too so I'll be back to process my film!

Awesome service and good prices. I have getting back into film after a long lay off and these guys have been brilliant. Super fast fulfilling orders, and next day delivery! Highly recommended.

Great store to purchase film & accessories - Film is cold stored which is incredible, they stock SX70 Polaroid film which is near impossible to find in stores. Pricing of accessories / cameras is completely fair and reasonable - even when compared with eBay listings. Film is about standard pricing but worth the extra couple dollars as it’s cold stored Customer service of staff wasn’t great but I will put that down to the store being busy.

The people here are so knowledgeable and lovely! They taught me how to use my camera even though I didn't buy anything, trusting me when i said that I would be back to develop my film.. and or course I did! ^^

Passed by the store today and saw two staff members present with the doors open. Asked them if I could quickly ask a question in regards to an invoice for a camera that I had dropped off over the weekend to be developed. One staff rudely ushered me away and told me she was on break, whilst the other behind the desk barked she was too busy to answer questions. First time customer and won’t be coming back, staff are rude and clearly have better things to do than serve paying customers.

Always get my film developed here and always happy with the results, staff in-store are sometimes nice but others are not so nice lmao. Honestly happy to recommend this place to people who are new to film, but recommend going the online route instead of heading in to the shop tbh Updating review as of December 2023 - the in store experience has gotten consistently worse. I'll be switching labs and getting my film developed elsewhere.

Staff are so happy and helpful I really couldn't recommend this store enough. went in knowing nothing about cameras and walked out with a camera and different types of film to try on my upcoming holiday. Staff were happy to walk me through how to use the camera properly too. looking forward to getting my film developed :) THANKS WALKENS
